Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iVerified AI ("iVerified", "Service"), operated by WebPipl Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using iVerified, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using iVerified on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Plain English: By using iVerified, you're agreeing to these rules. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Description of Services
iVerified AI provides a structured hiring intelligence platform that includes:
- AI-powered technical and voice interview assessments.
- Candidate screening, scoring, and evaluation reports.
- Live coding environments and rubric-based scoring.
- Interview session management and candidate portal.
- Analytics and hiring insights dashboards.
- ATS and calendar integrations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Accounts & Registration
To use iVerified, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at security@webpipl.com of any unauthorised access.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service using your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use iVerified to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics (race, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, or any other protected class).
- Upload malicious code, conduct security attacks, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content or data without authorisation.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
- Use the platform to conduct interviews for roles that do not exist or with no genuine intent to hire.
- Attempt to circumvent AI proctoring or assessment integrity mechanisms.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
Candidate Data & Consent
When using iVerified to assess candidates, you (as the employer/client) are responsible for:
- Obtaining all necessary consents from candidates before initiating AI-assessed interviews, including consent for video/audio recording and AI analysis.
- Complying with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Using candidate evaluation data solely for the purpose of making lawful hiring decisions.
- Not retaining or sharing candidate interview data beyond what is necessary for the hiring process.
iVerified acts as a data processor for candidate data. You, as the employer, are the data controller and bear primary responsibility for lawful processing.
Intellectual Property
Our property
iVerified, its logo, platform design, AI models, algorithms, and all associated software are the exclusive property of WebPipl Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of data and content you upload to iVerified (job descriptions, company information, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation to you.
Payment & Billing
Paid features of iVerified are subject to the pricing agreed in your subscription plan or order form. Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in your order form.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Disclaimers
iVerified is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- AI-generated assessments or scores are free from bias or will accurately predict job performance.
- The Service will meet your specific hiring requirements.
AI assessments are tools to assist decision-making, not replacements for human judgment. Hiring decisions remain your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPipl Technologies and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of iVerified, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity.
- Data loss or corruption.
- Hiring decisions made based on platform outputs.
- Service interruptions or downtime.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebPipl Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of iVerified, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- You: Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
- Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, data will be deleted per our retention policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For EU/UK users, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local jurisdiction continue to apply.
