iVerified was built by people who spent years inside hiring processes — and saw how much talent was being lost to inconsistency, subjectivity, and noise. So we fixed it.

Our Story
The Origin

Built from frustration. Refined by data.

Our founders spent years running engineering and BPO hiring at scale. They watched smart candidates get rejected because an interviewer had a bad morning. They saw mis-hires cost companies months of productivity. They sat in debrief rooms where no one could agree — because there was nothing to agree about.

The problem wasn't the people. The problem was the process. Interviews were unstructured. Scoring was personal. Decisions were gut-feel dressed up in professional language.

In 2021, they stopped complaining and started building. iVerified started as an internal tool for a single BPO client. Within six months, three more companies asked for access. By 2023, it was a platform.

2021 — Founded
Built for one Tech Company. Needed by many.
iVerified starts as an internal tool for a single large BPO client in Bangalore. Structured voice assessments replace a completely ad hoc screening process. Mis-hire rate drops 40% in the first quarter.

2022 — Platform Launch
Three more clients ask for access. We build a product.
Word spreads. Three enterprise clients in the same BPO network request access. The internal tool becomes a proper platform with APIs, ATS integrations, and a panelist network of 60 interviewers.

2023 — Tech Hiring Expansion
Engineering teams start knocking.
The first tech hiring clients arrive — engineering managers tired of inconsistent bars and no audit trail. We launch live coding in 18+ languages, AI proctoring, and rubric-based scoring for technical roles. Panel network grows to 300+.

50 clients. 600+ panelists. 1M+ assessment data points.
iVerified crosses 50 enterprise clients across tech and BPO. The panelist network hits 600+ vetted interviewers. We launch deep ATS integrations with 8 platforms and introduce AI-powered hiring summaries.
