  • Demo requests: First name, last name, work email, company, role, use case, and message submitted through our contact forms.
  • Candidate data: CV/resume uploads, interview recordings, assessment responses, and evaluation scores submitted through the hiring workflow.
  • Communications: Messages, support tickets, and feedback you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, session duration, and click events.
  • Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and screen resolution.
  • Interview session data: Audio/video recordings, code submissions, and proctoring signals (tab switches, face detection events) during AI-assessed interviews.

Information from third parties

  • Calendar and ATS integrations you authorise (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) may share candidate and job data with us.
  • Authentication providers (e.g., Google OAuth) share your name and email address when you sign in via those services.

How We Use Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the iVerified platform and services.
  • Process interview sessions, generate AI-powered assessments, and produce evaluation reports.
  • Send transactional emails (interview invitations, session links, offer letters, password resets).
  • Respond to demo requests and support enquiries.
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve product features and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, sell to advertisers, or build individual profiles for marketing purposes.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: AWS (storage, SES email), Supabase (database), Sentry (error monitoring), LiveKit (video), OpenAI (AI evaluation). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Your employer/client: If you are a candidate, your interview recordings and scores are shared with the hiring organisation that invited you.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected users.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Essential cookies: Maintain your login session and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Understand how pages are used (e.g., page views, session duration). You can opt out via your browser settings.
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings and UI preferences.

Data Retention

  • Interview recordings: Retained for 12 months from the interview date, then permanently deleted unless your organisation requests extended retention.
  • Demo request data: Retained for 24 months for sales and support purposes.
  • Log data: Retained for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Children's Privacy

iVerified is a B2B platform intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email for material changes. Continued use of iVerified after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
